Mine does. Consistently. PCB doesn't work; Though I haven't tried the alt-tab thing.

Same prob here, though the minimizing the game fixes it.

I've had a similar problem, this is the thread I created for it and how I think I solved it (haven't had a freeze or stutter again in the last 2 days)

Hehe, I read everything regarding stutters/freezing in the technical section! I had this thread open and thought I might as well reply on it, maybe it proves helpful to these users as well
