The Skingrad alchemist isn't as bad as most other oblivion women i guess, but my vote goes to Syl. Her face isn't great, but that cleavage is one-of-a-kind in vanilla
As for male npcs, i guess Martin is probably the most decent looking guy.

well i havent noticed any particularly beautiful vanilla npc with but tnr faces installed i find rethsheda i think thats how it spelled the black smith of fire and steel at chorrol to be stunning

you sould download diverse npcs too it adds rens beauty pack hairs and gives them hair that fits who they are :o
