Hi Zaldiir,
So i have downloaded the 3.0 version of this mod, but the messenger is stuck in the IC and we wont deliver the message, even though i've waited awhile. Now i took the archive and extracted it to the oblivion data folder, but it still wont work. I keep seeing posts about OBSE, but i dont really know what that is. I downloaded it, but it didnt help.

I have gone ahead and used my copy of version 2.12 to go along with MOE Main Quest Delayer with Alive Kvatch and it seems to be working fine. Granted I had to use the old unpack the BSA trick to get the building to show, but nothing above my pay grade.
I only wondered whether or not version 3.0pb3 was more complete in terms of NPCs etc than version 2.12, but now I see that 2.12 has quite a few AIed NPCs and will work for MOE purposes.

bane of kings can now be picked up and the book case seem to work fine now

Are you launching the game through the OBSE loader?

For some reason the OBSE launcher will not work for me, it always says error. I bought the game through steam and it says i need to open it though that, and i try but nothing ever happens.

Surprise! In public version, 'stick and stone quest' can't be completed. that's it! I give up!
I've never ever had such hard time with a mod before! actually this was the only quest related mod that i couldn't even get to work!
last thoughts:
-Ignar, I hate you!
-Public Version beta 3.0 - can't advance even the first quest. 'the architects is on kvatch blablabla' message didnt prompt on screen after talking to savlian.
-console commands are useless for bug fixing. in fact, it creates floating broken quests.
-Experimental version with update - after 'falling flowers' nothing happens. Ignar roams kvatch forever, his schedules seems reset to stay inside kvatch.
-after reading some notes on captainwolfos' walkthrough i realized that KR main quest is tied to the main oblivion quest. the author Zaldiir should've at least mentioned this somewhere in a spoil-free manner.
last thing to try:
-Experimental version WITHOUT the update.
-untie kvatch rebuilt main quest to oblivion main quest. don't know if it's possible.
-uninstall all mods (noooooooooo)
-uninstall oblivion (nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo)
'im 'writting all this because i really wanted this mod, it looks amazing and lore-friendly. i'm so sad
