ConnorCharman Posted December 20, 2011 Share Posted December 20, 2011 I would LOVE a Goldenglow Estate mod for skyrim it would be awesome am surprised nobody has made one yet,i suggest making it buy-able or maybe you just acquire it after the thieves guild quest,and make some standard changes like make it look better, living areas, rename the safe and add keys for it, and add some NPC's guards for the place that you can request to follow stay etc and maybe stables? just a few suggestions. :P Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

kevinwastaken Posted December 22, 2011 Share Posted December 22, 2011 You'd need a steward NPC to serve as your "drop box" for the incomes of the estate. Then you'd need to rebuild the three beehives you torched, and perhaps add more since there is all that vacant land. It'd be kind of fun to see the farm bustling with NPC peasants hauling your honey into Riften every so often.You'd also have to deal with Maven Black-Briar in one way or another since she believes it to be her property following the Thieve's Guild quest line.
