@mozinqui: That would be me; I don't know what's going on but every time I rep up the comments here when I do see them they get a +99 each. I don't regularly check back but when I'm passing through, I thought the least I could do is rep up the appreciative comments as my way of acknowledging them. I hope that explains it sufficiently (I find it weird too though, but it seems too negligent a matter to waste an admin's time on an answer!).
