Constant stuttering might be because of texture mods or bad hardware. If you got constant stuttering, try removing all texture mods and try again.

I just played for 3 hours straight. No crashes. (It would normally crash about every 10 to 20 minutes.) And I think it runs smoother as well.

I get a little stuttering but no more annoying game breaking crashes. This time I think I will actually be able to play it through and not start over for the 7th time.

Do we know what is expected in the 1.4 patch? If any is expected at this time? Also, will there be any patches with the release of the Creation Kit? Though I suspect that it is too early to make any speculations on that point-_-.

definitely runs smoother vary vary nice and no crashing yet knock on wood.
if your game crashes try resetting the seeds/cell's in the save game by using lordsoultrike's Skyrim Respawn mod, it seemed to have made a difference for me a few times.

Since the patch I can't load my saves. I have to start a new game and load a save from there. Even if I make a new save after playing for a while I can't load if I quit. The loading screen just hangs.
