Okay, so I think i've completed all of the Regular Morrowind game (unless there is something after killing Dagoth Ur?) But now im in mournhold and ive completed the missing hand quest as well as gotten the piece of the blade out of the dwemer artifact and Karrods Odd Dwemer Weapon, but the Goddess wont give me, or mention the last piece, nor has she discussed Trueflame.
Any ideas? I never did kill the 2 Altmer or the 7th Ash Vampire in Morrowind not that either could matter, I also tried to kill Vivec and see if that has something to do with it and when I did it gave me the whole "Prophesy Severed" crap.


Oh and if it makes a difference im using Game of the Year Edition on Xbox.
Hmm, would it matter if I still see the Emo guy walking around when he is "taken care of?"

well, the Goblin Wars quest is the precedent to the Rebuilding Trueflame quest. Do that before trying to do the one after it. Almalexia will give you a piece of the blade when the quest is initialized. I don't know how you managed to get Karrod's Odd Dwemer Weapon or the Dwemer Battleshield if you didn't have the journal requirements needed to make the topics occur. Killing Vivec and the Ash Vampires have nothing to do with that quest.

I still was told that I had to reforge the blade and stuff after I turned on that Dwemer machine and returned to her was there anything else I was supposed to do there? Like turn it off? Also, It says the 2 Altmer are optional. I still got payment for killing the Goblin Warchiefs. And i've completed everything from that point on.

Yes, the two Altmer goblin trainers are optional to kill, but there is more of a monetary reward if they are killed. The Karz-Bcharnd does not need to, nor can be, turned off. Yet.

Then I guess im stuck. Should I just kill Almalexia ?

Edit: Okay, I just looked at my journal, note that I completed the regular Morrowind Main quest because I got stuck here, and decided to see if that was the reason I couldnt go farther, but ANYWAYS, the last journal entry with her was after I was rewarded my divine gift thing, I chose Iron Skin, then she told me she believed me to be the Nerever and her and I could rid Morrowind of Imperials or something . . .

No nonononononno! Don't do that! Whatever you do, don't do that! How many pieces of the blade do you have? If you have all three, and are just stuck there, then go to the Orc smith in Godsreach, Craftsmen's Hall. He can rebuild the blade for you.

Lol, no I have 2 pieces the one from Karrod and the one from the Museum, but for some reason, she never gave me or brought up trueflame. Though I attacked her (I saved game first) and she was attacking me with a blue sword so I dunno. I think I might have run off and gone after the pieces before she went on talkin about Trueflame, and in that case, im screwed.

Ya.. I think its pretty much official, im screwed, I believe that I have atleast discovered a glitch where if u dont go into detail about the blade before u get the other pieces you cant get the third.. Because I have clicked on every option, top to bottom, bottom to top, over and over again and nothing happens...

Maybe they'll name it.. "NYRO'S GLITCH" I like, I like. But ya, UNLESS I got the piece and sold it like a true idiot, but then again, she still woulda mentioned trueflame.

You can add the pieces to the game with the console...

Player->additem, "bladepiece_02" 1

for the left-hand guard and

Player->additem, "bladepiece_03" 1

for the right-hand guard. The actual blade piece is

Oh, then you cannot add items via console. Just check all the traders who you might have sold the piece to, then.
