The Bluejay
Make sure you run the SKSE as an administrator.
DJjerun
I have solved this unfortunate conundrum. If you can open it directly from the skyrim folder, create a shortcut. Don't just copy it from the zip file, because that is just making another skse launcher that is not in the location of the TESV launcher. You need the right click on the skse launcher in the skyrim file (because it's in the same file as TESV) and create a shortcut. A special thanks to keshav1 for when he said "I have the same problem, but it only occurs when I open skse from a shortcut. If I go to the steam folder and open the actual .exe it works fine." That told me exactly what was wrong.
zirize
Where can I get sample sources of SKSE plugins? The SKSE achieve has its source and a example, but it is too brief. I am quiet skilled C,C++ programmer of platforms like UNIX System. But writing plugins of SKSE is too painfull.
tunaisafish
@zirize, apparently it has changed quite a bit from previous *SE's.Behippo said once the Papyrus enabled plugin is released they'll write a new sample plugin template.

belenbelen
those who still got problems with that; http://enbseries.enbdev.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2729&start=290#p46663 I'm sorry but, not every non steam user is pirating. Get your facts straight first, i pay the bill, i decide where i put my files. Not clunky steam.
