Oh yes, because those three would definitely make a movie about a game no one knows about, especially due to the fact that all three would be paid less for making this movie than they've ever made on any other movie. Face it: IF there is a TES movie, it would have a crappy director, crappy actors, and even a crappy writer unless Bethesda writes it for them.LOL Your using one example, the movie was directed by a one time director, decent if not below par actors and a writer who didnt do his research. If someone like Jackson, Lucas or Spielberg picked up the TES story and made it into a movie you'd be eating your words.
Prime point. Why would these renowned directors touch TES? It's not impossible, but highly unlikely.
Off topic:And forget Lucas, did you see those horrible prequels? *shiver*

Also true, but I will point out a few odd exceptions to that rule such as Jason Statham in "In the Name of the King" and Ben Kingsley in "Bloodrayne". More popular celebrities have been featured in other video game-based movies such as "Tomb Raider" and "Street Fighter," but I'm not convinced TES is on par with their fame.
At least not enough to, say, warrant Orlando Bloom in a leading role.
