Hi, when I try to activate the mod using FOMM after transferring the files to the data folder, FOMM gives me the following error:
A problem occurred during install:
Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryExcpetion' was thrown.
The mod was not installed.
Does anyone know what this means and how I should go about fixing it. Thanks.

Did any of you solve this as I have the same problem? I assume its because of the size of FOOK?

Please go here: http://support.micro....com/kb/253912. A check with your OS troubleshooting web site will give you more intelligent answers than what you will probably get from us.
To be honest, the only reason we can answer some of the inquiries here is we have experienced them or asked on google. You can type in the error codes you get at a ctd and google will return web sites with solutions.

Both the split FOOK v1-2 Open Beta Data and the FOOK v1-0 Required Files archives will throw an OOM exception in FOMM when you try to activate an FOMOD created from those archives. The problem is with the very large BSA files in the compressed FOMOD. FOMM simply chokes on them. The easiest solution is to manually Cut and Paste the BSA files to your Data folder before doing a Create FOMOD from Folder of the remaining files.

Yeah I used the solution and it worked, but i don't get it. Because I'm using an an ASUS notebook (yh a notebook) and it comes with 6GB RAM. how is that not enough?

FOMM is 32bit and can only address ~2GB of memory. What I have read is that FOMM attempts to decompress the entire file from the archive into memory before writing it to disk instead of streaming it straight to disk.
