Most can be obtained, although cuirass is only the enchanted one given by Mistress Therana for completeing her quest if you are a member of house telvanni. The four helms, shield, greaves, gauntlets and boots are available without killing friendly npc's. The towershield is random on golden saints. There is one piece available in the wailing delve in Tribunal expansion which might be a pauldron (not sure) but the two pauldrons and unenchanted cuirass are only available from Fyr.

You can always add them via the console.

The combined level of my 18 characters is 669. I still need to develop a male Khajiit and a female Breton to have a finished pair of each of the 10 races. I'll probably do it now that Oblivion has been delayed.
I always start thinking about starting a new character when my current character gets so powerful that I stop worrying about saving the game before a big fight. I really like to start out fresh and green in Seyda Neen with a new and vulnerable character. I'm always interested to see what path they will take through their new life in the Eastern province.
My evil vampire is still my highest-level character. He got to level 61 because he was converting a portion of the female population to vampirism using the Vampire Embrace mod.
What do you do for a challenge with a character at level 75? How do you keep the game fresh?

lol at this point the only challenge i have is making the whole map visible without using the console and fresh just searching and talking it up with every npc to get every possible quest that i can and complete the ones i can. most of my time now though i spend downloading mods, testing them, cleaning them further.. resolving conflicts and such... at the moment ive managed to make the private moblile base fully workable inside of the CS without crashing or screwing it up otherwise... just minor tweaks ehre and there. and i just now 12-26-2005 got my rep to 120

I do that as well. Sometimes interesting...other times terribly tedious. It does look great once it's all revealed though.

I also make it a holy quest to purge every existing Daedric ruin.
