I married Muiri. She's missing quite a few on your checklist though.

She probably isn't the hottest and I'm not a big fan of the war paint (wish I could remove it), but she is a Breton like me and I married her since there really aren't any other bretons to marry that aren't mages that wear hoods or old dragon haters like Delphine. I'm kind of glad I picked her since I never would have joined the dark brotherhood had it not been for her. I was trying to play a good character but since that dark brotherhood quest is a requirement to get Muiri's affection I had to join. In hindsight I'm really glad I did because it's been my favorite quest line in the game so far. Just make sure when you're done with the questline type "reset DB03" in the console, otherwise she will keep thanking you every time you get near her which gets annoying.
I kinda wish they would add some more lines for the NPCs to say after marriage though. Even after fixing Muiri's glitch she really only says these lines
"Hello my love, back from some adventure?"
"We have a cozy little profit, here this is your share love"
*generic general store keeper responses"
"Goodbye my, love"
I know it's not a huge part of the game but if they could just give every NPC a few more lines to say in order to mix up the greeting and good bye messages, it would be a lot less annoying then knowing exactly what your wife is going to say all the time.

Using one of the popular "marry anyone" mods out there on the nexus, my most recent Dunmer settled down yesterday with Ingun Black-Briar.

Sexy, no? I thought so, anyways.
She uses the typical 'hottie' voice ("Hello my love, back from some adventure, I bet") but has a few unique lines as well, not to mention some dialogue about her family and her alchemy practice, and (if you do her quest), an alchemy chest that she restocks every few days. She was also the first spouse whose house I moved into - a far better choice than the alternative, in my opinion, as she keeps her AI and thus can be found out and about during the day.
The lesson I learned from this? "Marry anyone" mods rock. Don't let yourself be limited to the vanilla ladies, see who else is out there! Hell, play your cards right and you could be living in the Blue Palace!

I (well, not me-I, , my alter-I : ) married Lidia, but she came with a mod that elimitates the swooorn thingy. And I have Aela for a follower now... Sometimes with a mod to take off the warpaint. Sooo...

"Hello my love, back from some adventure?"
Oh welcome back! You left me 3 weeks alone here, without any mention where you go and why. And you live that enormously dangerous life, you could have been dead! Do you know how it feels, sitting here for weeks, wondering if you ever come back, or are just too busy? You didn't even sent me a letter! YOu know that courier that visits you, why you never give him a letter. And honestly no place in Skyrim is further away than 1 day worth of travel. Might have visited me from time to time. Could have at least brought me some flowers. No all you come here, and want the profit of the store. Bleh! Could use it for taking the cart at least once in a while to come back, but what you spent it on? I can't take it anymore!
