This looks positively drool-worthy, but I have to ask, does it conflict with Griffon Fortress by Centurion and Mr Silka? That is situated in the eastern mountains, near the borders and near the location for UL Entius Gorge and Dibella Temple/Willow Lake Village.

This is an excellent mod has everything anyone could possibly want or need
. Bethesda would be wise to keep an eye on this talented Modder. My home for sure. Rated it a 10 and would have gone higher. Don't miss out on this one.

Thanks everyone! You may have noticed that an incredible number of hours went into this mod, and a lot of ideas from the community were implemented, making it much bigger than I had anticipated. I like to mod after coding all day at my 'day' job.
The new update full download is V11. If you downloaded V1, you just need to download the update ESP for V1 and install it.

Well.. I want to use it, but it's unlikely. Because I know my computer cannot handle it well(and you know not everyone have good machine), and I don't really use any house mod except portable house. Even though I installed some, I rarely, or never use them once my character visits them.
And, about custom clothing for NPCs, since clothing items change body shape, so there may be little chance of clipping unless the clothes is a robe which uses only upper body slot. However, it can cause weird skin texturing issue when you give a 'much revealing' clothing item for certain body mod to a character which uses different body mod. Currently, the 'best' way is: Do not use custom clothing for NPC.

@LFact - The mod is suprisinly FPS friendly, even on slow computers. The SI map room is bad on all computers. If you use the training room to summon hoards of creatures, you will have problems. You need to exercise moderation based on your computer specs.
If you read the description, in the 'bugs' section:
7. Many of the 'special' clothing uses Exnems body mesh, and might cause some clipping on the NPC's bodies.
You are welcome to use the CS to change the clothing on these NPC's to what-ever you like. I made the mod for myself first, so I included what I like. I am just sharing my work to those who can appreciate it for what it is (free) and change it themselves to your own tastes. In fact, I encourage this, as my tastes are not the same for everyone. I would recomment just changing the 'mesh' in the meshes folder for each clothing item, as the clothing is 'scripted' in the game.
Try the mod and see if the majority of the mod gives as good or better FPS than anywhere else in vanilla Oblivion. This was tested on poor machines and found satisfactory FPS speeds.

The Library and Labratory can be accessed from the bedroom.
The mystery room is the 'easter egg room', which I will not discuss myself. The necro lair (secret room) can be found by searching one of the 'Teleport map rooms'.
The necro lair has the 'Travellers destruction' maze game to play. Can you destroy the travellers before they make it though the maze? Gain treasure for each one you slay!
I will be making an update that replaces the Exnem clothing with 'vanilla' game meshes. And what meshes I used if you would like to convert your own favorite body mesh clothing to use in this mod.

The upgrade v1.1.1 is ready for download. This only replaces the Exnem clothing from some NPC's and replaces it with vanilla clothing. Text files are included that tell you what vanilla meshes to use in case you want to replace the vanilla with other body clothing mods.
