If you mean, "I haven't paid for it yet. How do I start the process?", then in-game, go to the "Downloadable Content" menu and choose the "Available Content" tab. Proceed from there.

If you mean, "I've already paid/qualified for it, but it's not showing up.", then log-in to your EA account and go here: User Entitlements.

(It is also listed on this page: DAO Addons, but not sure if it's available from there since there's no "Learn More" button like there is for the other DLC.)

If you mean, "I've done all that and I still have a problem.", then go to EA Customer Service and explain the issue: http://support.ea.com

I mean download sites.....I don't have the DLC and I want to download it but I don't know where is the link....

Both of these DLC are obtained "in-game" by selecting "Downloadable Content" on the main menu, then selecting the "Available Content" tab (left-hand one).

Any official DLC that you do NOT already have installed will be listed, along with the cost in "BioWare Points". Choose the one you want and follow the directions. If you don't already have enough BioWare Points there's an option to buy more.

Hm,,I already installed the stone prisoner and there is a new place on map...Sulchar Pass maybe,,I forget....
I meet Felix and when the conversation is over but Honnleath not appear on map......
can anyone help me.....???

Did you agree to take the control rod from Felix de Grosbois, merchant and entrepreneur?
Without that, you can't go to Honnleath.

I've never heard of this problem. If you obtained the control rod from Felix at Sulcher's Pass, then you should be able to go to Honnleath when you leave there.

How did you finally end up getting your copy of TSP?

Do you mean where I get the DLC....???
I've download it from filecrop...there is Stone Prisoner,,Warden Keep,,The Edge,,etc...
But I can't use Stone Prisoner and Warden Keep....
For Warden Keep : there is new guy on my camp and he tell me the stories of Grey Warden but I don't know what should I do.....???
when the conversation with that guy is over,,nothing happen to me....

help me please

"TSP" = "The Stone Prisoner".

But your real problem seems to be that you decided to steal the DLC rather than pay for it.
