hey anyone know where i can get a nice bow becuse all i can find is steel - also do the arrows make any damage difference or r they just for weight differences? thx

If you want a decent bow, check around Ghostgate for Auriel's Bow. I can't give you the exact location since, for one, I never got it, and two, just do a search in spoilers to try and find where it is.

As far as arrows, the damage should be listed when you check the item. So just look at the differences there. If not (or that's not what you meant), someone else'll have to answer that for you since my character is not a bow user.

You might want to look for the daedric, witch is quiete good too.

A Daedric bow is hidden by the Index in Maelishishi, on the northern coast of Vvardenfell.

There are also a daedric bow in tribunal Vendim Manor- forgotten sewers.

There is also the bow of shadows found in a tomb that you visit in the main quest. It is concidered to be one of the rare unique items.

If you check spoilers you will find how to get a Daedric weapon, including a longbow at level one without cheating. You need to be able to kill a rat (or kwama forager) and open a lock at level 50. I usually get a Daedric Katana but you could also get a staff or shortblade. (You get one only).

The Daedric bow is a little walk west from mar gaan on some lost galleries up inn the mountains, go check it out.. you get some daedric arrows with you. B)

Yeah just walk a little to the west(I think it's over one cell)a little to the north. The Lost Galleries is in some daedric ruins.
The entrance is in the higher tower(the highest one on almost on top of the mountain. The entrance is facing west.It's on the left side of some mountains..

Okay chaps I know you mean to be helpful but you are talking about Maelkashishi and that has already been listed by cmac.
