Ever since I downloaded this mod, when I try to open my inventory my game crashes, did I do something wrong?
I used the Omod.

my animations for standing still, dont work I have the vanilla ones and have tried reinstalling the mod but still have them well all the ones in Supplementary

some of the animation is fine like the 1 handed swords but not he 2 handed, and i cant seem to use dual wielding, any ideas how to get these to work?

This only provides the animations, not actual dual swords, you'll have to get other mods that adds those to the game. Like for example this.
