It would be nice to have a section of mods called something like 'uploaded only on steam, reuploaded here by some nice guy (credit to the original modder, of course'.

They should add an "Upload to the Nexus" button.

Seriously why so offensive againist workshop? Yes, it may have caused the CK to launch late but chance of error with installing a mod with Steam Workshop probably will be 0.You can use this to install complex mods. And that auto download feature will be very useful for frequently updated mods. But of course SkyrimNexus will be my 1st choice.

I didn't liked the idea of the Workshop before, but now that I see how the mod auto installs without even knowing what the actual files might be, I'm even more sure I'm not leaving the Nexus for this.

The nmm is why...why becaues i need to see if the mod dose what it says and what bugs have in it
as well as being able to removed the mods fast and easy if intended to hurt your game. The nmm lets me add and removed mods fast and easy as well of showing updates for the mods. i need this site to see ratings, veiws and comments on mods... So i am one person that wont be using steamwork shop....

I'm so happy about the kit looks great nd easier than ever, steam workshop really helped in that matter so that can everybody can create a mod nd share.I personaly do not worry about the mods beeing created nd shared in the workshop.I think that Beth thought of this so they can bring wonderful work to the other part of people who has no ideea of this site or they just dont prefer to stay like me everyday nd look for mods nd dld nd test nd try them out, change files combining nd whatever else:P.Yea steam workshop can be cute, but in no way is gonna go so deep, sofisticated nd helpful as nexus, where a modder can really learn nd become great, plus the community nd the support u get here u'll never find it on steam.I dont want to offend no1 here i like both, steam is the best as a game platform for me from all:)I honestly think that Nexus will still be No.1 for the modding community.

even thou i bought the game, i still pirated it so i didnt have to install steam... does this force steam upon me?

Another pirate sunk. Even if you bought the game, using a pirated version as a form of some sort of anti-Steam crusade is wrong. You either use the software according to the developer's/publisher's terms, or you don't use it at all.

That's bittersweet because everybody wants the creation kit but on the other side I smell death, the death of the nexus and THAT would be horrible.
I hope I'm wrong, I really do.

You are completely wrong the nexus is going absolutely no where how many modders have said they outright refuse to use steamworks Id say all the latest and greatest mods will be right here on nexus as always!

I see that now, I'm sorry I've ever doubted the nexus, shame on me.
