Well i tried to use it with the New Dawn mod but the dialog still flew by in 0,5 secs.. i installed it in the OBSE/Plugin folder and it had no effect.. Is it just that it doesn't work with the New Dawn mod or is there something i missed?
Edit:
And before you ask i have oblivion version 1.2.0416 and OBSE version 0018

Boy, is there any trick to install it? I did as the manual said and nothing happened. And I see, that I'm not the only one. I created the folder, but it looks like OBSE don't recognize the plug in... hummm

Is there a way to slow the dialogues display for the game ? A friend of mine who's english is not too good would like to play the game but the dialogues fade too quickly and he doesn't have the time to read everything.

Just figured out what was wrong with me.
The Plug in needs to be on OBLIVION >> DATA >> OBSE >> PLUGINS.
I was putting the obse folder in the Oblivion LOL.
Perfect, Thank you! Now I can delete the tons of unecessary silent voices I have here.

It seems a little hit-or-miss with my game. There are times when it works wonderfully, and other times I just get a blank screen while the npc "talks" to me...
Should this work with ANY mod out there...?? Or just ones that use your mod...??
Either way, it's nice to have the subtitles turned off again, it really bothers me/takes me out of the game when I see subtitles of what the npc's are saying -
Unless of course, there is no voice acting... ;p

@sination1 Go to your ProgramFiles/Oblivion/data - then in data if there is no obse folder create one and then create a plugins inside of obse so its like this.- ProgramFiles/Oblivion/data/obse/plugins - and finally copy the files the readme specifys. Hope this helps.
