Sword of Aeons? crikeys, i thought i was the only one here daft enought o play Fable :P

Back on Topic:I play however i feel like at the time, if im in a bad mood, i make a new save and activate a few npc adding mods and go on a rampage * wipes froth from his mouth*. Otherwise i tend to conform to the role i give my character, like just playing everyone off against each other and getting everything i want...(like the DB side quest Teineeva to kill Scartail, i usually tell scartail i'll let him live, grab the gold as reward, then kill him) mwa ha ha ha!!!!!. Saying that, my characters almost always ends up having marksman as a Major skill

I usually play Oblivion as 'me'.

My character is a Breton female who has her magical abilities enhanced a little with a 'race mod' I did for myself. She's strong, runs fast, throws a fireball with extreme accuracy, and almost never wears armor, unless she needs it to keep from being killed. (running away works, too)

Well, I usually try to give characters a certain direction of development, but I have a hard time to make really evil decisions. It's the same with every RPG I try, there always comes a moment when I have to say: "This far and no further." Roleplaying an assassin is okay with me as long as I don't get "too involved" with my targets: Ignorance is bliss.

Yeah I've got that, way too overpowered. And the Textures never worked.

Good idea though...

I'll be working on version 1.3 later on in the future. I'll make a quest where you gotta find it. And it HAS to be overpowered. It was meant to be a godly weapon.

If you have trouble with assasin types onyx, i find it helps to get good and angry before playing, talking to my family helps there,. That way your in the mood to hurt someone, since its only a pixellated character dying, no-one is really hurt and the anger is properly vented ;) There ya go, bet u never knew oblivion was therapy as well :P

If I don't have to get angry, and I don't have to detach myself to enjoy doing bad things to NPC's, does that make me as bad as Mannfred, the character I play? Actually I get a strange sense of pleasure slaughtering my way through Cyrodiil as Mannfred. It's quite cathartic.
I think it's something in the psyche of everybody. We all, to a greater or lesser extent, have the very human urge to destroy. :verymad:

Maybe a little off-topic, but it explains how I think about this. The second time I played through KOTR I decided I would go the evil way to try something new. So I arrive at the very first city and see those racist guys bullying the alien merchant. Well, to be honest, I couldn't bring myself to look away or even aid them, so I helped him.

"No biggie. I can always join the dark side later during the game."

Well, turned out I didn't join the darkside at all. Saw the lightside ending for the second time, sighed and uninstalled. :whistling:

Maybe I am a softie, maybe there is just enough destructiveness and casual evil around us IRL so I'd rather not deal with it ingame aswell. *shrug*

I would indeed have the godly wrath at intent to destroy the **** outta some scum who desperately needs it. When I knock his ass in the sky with my beloved trusty realistic ragdoll force, I'll make sure he's also dead. Then I'll slash him, and fire my rifles at him until I decide he's had enough. I would resurrect him, and 'female dog' slap him. Not anything more classical than the old famous slap! Which I know some tough and bad guys do. I have deadly reflex, and I would knock him off his guard bashing my shield at him finally! Then I'd personally **** him up!
