"But to train you... you will hate me, love me... wish my destruction. My teachings are those of darkness, deceit, death, betrayal. They could lead to your utter destruction, they could lead to you surpassing me. Or they could drive you over the edge. Are you sure you could handle my teachings? For if there is an ounce of weakness in you, you shall be destroyed, utterly, completely." Selene said evilly and quietly, so only the two of them could hear.

"I'm ready for it," Elena said taking another sip.

"Are you? are you really? No, i don't think so. You would not survive or comprehend the teachings of being who has lived for 3000 years, a life full of darkness, of evil. Your heart is too pure, there is too much innocence. But if you truly are ready... we shall see." Selene said.
