After realizing how much I hate the way some of the Star Wars classes have been done, and how completely limited and un-creative the feat list is, I'm adding the following items from D&D 3.5e as options:

All feats from THIS LIST. Of course a lot of them won't be useful since you don't have the abilities you improve, but they'll add a lot to your combat options. Note: All feats labeled as Fighter bonus feats are included in the Soldier bonus feat list, and all feats with a prerequisite of Fighter level X now have Soldier level X instead.

Additionally, the Martial Arts feat series in the Star Wars rulebook increases unarmed damage by one die as described in the Monk class instead of the listed damage increase, which was absolutely pathetic.

The ROGUE CLASS. Use Scoundrel defense bonus, weapon proficiencies and skills list. This is the more combat-focused version of the Scoundrel.

MONK CLASS. Use Soldier skills list and Scout defense bonus. You do NOT get any of the abilities marked as (SU). Your unarmed damage bonus stacks with the Martial Arts feats. Levels in this class will give you massive improvements in your unarmed skills, but are much less useful when fighting with a weapon.

BARBARIAN CLASS. Use Soldier skills, defense bonus, and weapon proficiencies. Like the name says, you get angry and smash things. While this class has fewer methods of attack than the Soldier, it makes up for it with pure melee power. Note: failure to properly roleplay the barbarian combat style will result in a loss of abilities. I don't care if it is likely to get you killed. There are no cautious barbarians.


If you want to change your characters to include this new information, you can. PM me or talk to me on AIM and we'll discuss any changes you want to make. But please decide as soon as possible, to avoid problems later once combat starts.

History

Little is known of Tiber's past because of his quiet nature, although he is known to converse openly with those he truely trusts. It is guessed by most that his background is littered with crimes, but most in the rebellion ignore that and his arrogance because of his skill in reconnasance and spy work.

Description

You see a human, two thin blades are sheethed from his belt on his left side, he is wearing a variety of black, from his leather-like vest, his helmet and boots to the dark camo pants in between. He also wears black gloves witha similar dark camo covering his arms. He is fairly small in stature, but deadly all the same. Using precise and agile movements to take down an enemy is a critical aspect of his battle strategy. When the enemy underestimates, they die.

-Assorted equipment(data pad, various tools, repair kits, clothing, food, etc.), some on person, most in the ship.
-Starfighter is a heavily modified Phoenix Hawk Light Pinnace

Training:
Imperial Navy pilot training focuses mostly on actual piloting (and blind obedience to superiors). However, all pilots are expected to be proficient in the use of various weapons, as well as basic survival skills. If a pilot survives being shot down and can continue to carry the fight to enemy, so much the better. Adrian fights outside of fighters like he does on them, by moving fast to avoid harm and using acurate fire to bring down targets.

History:
His parents were medium-level intelligence officers for the empire. Their loyalties were mixed, they knew that the Republic had been decadent and badly needed change, yet disliked the Empire's brutality and repression. Understanding that it would be his generation that would fight the Empire, they raised Adrian in a such a way as to try and counter the brain-washing that had been instituted into the Imperial school system. They were mostly successful in this. Adrian was more independent minded than most of his peers, yet he managed not to draw too much attention to himself, and hence his parents, by keeping quiet and earning high grades. Wanting to be a pilot from an early age, Adrian applied for Imperial Naval Academy and was accepted for pilot training. He showed talent, but was marked as rebellious. It was generally agreed among his instructors that he would eventually either reach high rank or be executed as an example. This brought the attention of the Emperor's secret police, who started investigating Adrian and his now retired parents. The investigation was almost over, and the entire family pretty much cleared, when by a whim of fortune, they intercepted an unathorized transmition of dated intelligence to a system suspected of containing a cadre of Rebels to Imperial rule. This was traced to Adrian's parents, the entire family would have simply evaporated in the night, if it hadn't been because an old family friend managed to warn them. Adrian, who was on leave visiting the folks, was firmly ordered by them to get out of there while there was still time. They stayed behind to hold off the inpending onslaught of the secret police. Returning to his battle group, with several dated intelligence documents, and credit chips containing all of the family's savings on his person. Adrian packed up his things, stole a ship and left. Since nobody had been informed had he was suspected of anything, no effort was made to stop him, he was on leave, and coming to see if he was needed for anything was seen as a show of loyalty to the Navy and the Emperor. So he went off towards the coordinates his parents had given him...

Sometime this week, unless something really unusual happens. All I've got left to for characters is do is the final ship stats for Adrian Laguna, and then everyone should be ready. Then it's just a bit of editing to the original story thread to bring in the new characters. Expect a re-started game by the end of the week.
