I don't have any crashes with swords. I f.. like them. If possible i want a Frostmourne bow and arrows. It would be perfect.

Uh noone cares about these CTDs.
Please this sword is F****N' awesome and it's a mod I can't play without!!! Uh pretty annoying, aren't I?
Seriously, please find a solution to this. I think it's something related with the Weapon on Back, because it crashes only when the sword gets sheated.

Why is it that whenever i sheath sword back i get CTD?My Oblivion version is 1.2.416

Okay, I tried both, I bought all from NPC, wore all, took out, killed few mobs and sheath swords back, then went to that ruin and killed that guy in there, stripped him naked, and wore all, used blade switching spell, took out the sword, killed few creeps and sheathed back in. And I got NO CTDs! So I guess, you did something wrong or didn't do at all to prevent this.

I have Oblivion SI, latest patch, OBSE, DLCs, UOPs and 70+ other mods. I used the OMOD version and installed it via OBMM and then after that I ran BOSS. So, no problems for me.

But something I did notice and verify:
The weapon can't be assigned under a hot-key - whenever you sheathe it, it resets its Charge using weapon replacement method, I think. So be happy, that you don't have to recharge this weapon in the cost of unable to hot-key this.

But I think, this could be fixed, as I know, there are weapons in Oblivion, which have constant effects (instead of blue ball they have a red something) and don't need recharging. So, if the blades could be converted to be just like that, then no weapon reset is needed on sheath and hot-keying would be possible.

This may be a late question but is it possible to remove the scabbard? Like deleting some .dds or something like that?

the armors fine but when i use the weapon replicas they go purple and blue

I'm having the same issue with a CTD when I try to draw Frostmourne. I have tried multiple places in my load order. Currently I know it has to at least be loaded before Better Cities or it causes conflicts in the Imperial City Marketplace. Could it possibly be some type of animation issue? Doubtful, but just a suggestion. I'll keep checking back to see if you have found a solution. I did check it out in TES4Edit and did not see any conflicts with any of the mods I'm running.
