I don't know but that would be pretty cool. It's a shame FO3 doesn't run on a DT system. There's only so much you can stack on DR.

How i understand it DR does subtract the damage while, DT subtracts a percentage of the damage.

It's possible though personal shields are already included for the commanders use though they are a very last resort tool.

what i would like to see is this:
1) a TSC radio
2) a enclave mission ( kill the rest or make a allience)
3) a mission when the TSC takes the purifier
4) more troops on the ground and in the hangers.

You really can't use gameplay mechanics translate to story. yes, the player would have power armor but not to a degree the PC would have. If this were real it would be a fraction. its not like you can repair a broken weapon in the middle of battle or eat food the immediately heals you. Maybe they sheaded their armor to out run the enclave. even if the armor carried itself you would still not have the speed if you did not have the armor on.

It's still a bad decision because in exchange for marginally increased speed against guys pursuing you with the same speed handicap, you expose yourself to a lot more danger from the wildlife and raiders, both of which are far more common than their Enclave and Brotherhood pursuers anyway.

I achually have my own reservations to the beginning like what happens in the 6 months. does the commander just sit around. that is a reason why im writing a personal origin story to fill in these plot holes. Also nylon said that he can't really worry about lore right now. my stuff is either before it happens right now and i right around it. Or i leave it open ended, like with the lyons brotherhood report.

OK im pretty much finished with the Outcasts report I just need to Make a picture. My next one is midwest chapter. I actually had one written but i can't seem to find it. the Midwest is partial cannon but we realyl don't know the state of it. From the start since the Lw has no direct interaction with the group he will be informed by a seraph. The thing i like to see is a combination of the Best ending of tactics and a neutral ending. Also another thing should be considered that rothchild says its a small chapter, and have gone rouge and fallen on hard times. It is implied that their interaction was brief, and it has been like 20 years since that interaction so their is room for development and stuff like that. My question is what are those hard times. I came up with several unforunate events around chicago. their is a chapter their. they have been hit by a plauge, have to deal with a small mutant rebellion, digruntel tribles, rouge robots that could not be captured, chicago is partially irradiated. Most of these are events that have been manipulated by the enclave. we know their is a group their because of the EDE quest line and Lonesome road in NV. So i want to brain storm on possible plot lines and stuff.
