Yep, 0.15.8 has solved the issues I had in between 0.14.2 and 0.15.7 with NMM and Skyrim so thanks a lot for the quick patch!! No more errors or failed installs or uncheckable mods. A few things I did have to do to go from 0.15.7 to 0.15.8 was to open Skyrim's official launcher as stated below and uncheck all of my mods, run Skyrim, update NMM, Re-check and re-order my mods and re-launch Skyrim and now everything works great! Thanks again!

Looks like a russian localization error not NMM.

A picture of the error window doesn't help us. We need the tracelog that the error talks about posted to the tracker (and not here!) so we can debug.

0.14.2 has worked with russian Skyrim. The error message is the same as many people here.
I doubt that the case in localization.

Disalbed a mod, renabled and got "Cannot compile Script, Errors were found - Unable to find messages file cscompui.dll -" so i try to go back to my other version, which was working fine with previous versions of the NMM, and it now gives me the same error.

Tried uninstalling NMM and reinstalling, and tried rolling back to the previous version.
