Skyrim can't start? (steam_api.dll)

I was cleaning my mods, when suddenly Skyrim didn't load. It says it can't start becouse steam_api.dll is missing, i downloaded it and nothing.

try running a steam integrity check and it will replace it.

right click your game in steam. Click properties. click local files tab. Then verify .... integrity.

I dont do much stuff with steam, sorry im still confused. Is there a video?

1. Open steam

2. Go to the games file

3. Right click on skyrim

4. Click properties

5. Go to local file tab

6. Click Verify integrity of game cache

 

That should be really simple.
