In order to ally with a kingdom it is best that you befriend many of the lords. Once you've made a non-aggression pact then you can move up to the next pact level.

Love the Mod, but I ran into the ROTK glitch during the "Start New Game" option. Should I let it run or set it to windowed mode and let it sit and run its course and at least get some RnR that way, love it so far, install and patch when smoothly.

Sorry to write back so quick, I remedied it, the glitch will only take between 15-40 minutes at least but it happens with huge Mods like SoD and ROTK. So sorry to waste your time... but to fix its is simple just start M&B Windowed and wait it out.

This is actually my fault + Warband Engine Limitations. The economy is being set up behind the scenes so the only thing you can do is wait. This system will be replaced in a future version of the mod to be more optimized so you won't have to wait after clicking "new game."

Maybe you should read some of the previous comments? The loading takes quite a bit of time in some cases.
