some cases? it took 2 hours for the "launching Game" in the loading screen to finish( cus i fell asleep waiting), and when it finally said finished the screen turned black.

Well i waited for hmm like 5 minutes at most, and my pc is hardly new. Try using some programs that enhance pc's perfomance, for example Game Booster.

okay i was finally able to make it run, but i have a problem with the lords, they never go out of there castles or towns. Is this normal?

Hey i absolutley love this mod and had been playing fanatically for about a week when it started crashing in random situations, most of the time it was mid battle, usually in a seige. I looked up the problem on google and updated my drivers which i thought had fixed the problem but it started happening again yesterday. I would just restart and load the game again trying to do things differently like not going into the battle that keeps crashing.  I was on the autosave setting and now everytime i try to load my game it says launching game and then instantly crashes to windows with the sam error message everytime "this program has stopped working correctly and windows will let me know when they find a solution"....Its totally ruined the game for me as i had over a hundred hours of game played on my saved file lol....ive tried all the solutions suggested on pretty much every forum and nothing has yet worked for me....does anyone else have this problem?? Native has not had this problem nor imparieum gracoreum mod
