After updating to Skyrim 1.5, I'm not longer able to see underwater at all. It's pretty much just a blank green texture now.
I had realistic waters installed beforehand, but it was causing my game to crash at the loading screen after the update so I unstalled it.
I really don't know what else could be conflicting to cause this. Anyone else having similar issues?

Same issue here. Plus I have an issue when I am in the foliage area by Morthal textures in game appear as transparent tiles on screen, changing when new areas load, Issues seems to go away if I remove all ENB settings, both underwater and texture issues.

A work around is the consol command : setfog
setfog needs a starting and ending range. To turn off ALL game fog (and underwater vision restrictions) setfog 0,0 turns it all off.
If you set it to 0,150000 you start to see distances really clear and so forth. Play around with it. The effects will be different somewhat based on your system graphic setup and capabilities.
If you really screw the game fog up, just reload your game. The setfog command is a session stored command, not a game save change.
