Why not make it a QUEST to turn it into an undead city?
And anyway ideas
For the Guard armor you could do it ripped up and stuff
Same with the citizen clothes
Maybe have Patrols outside the gates?
With them riding the undead horses from the City of the Dead mod?
i've got LOADS of ideas
Also maybe have a few guards walking along the walls?

that type of idea did come to me alas im no good at blender and Nif ink if you can find a armour mod that does that or something similer then mail me please then i can get back to the author basiclly we have a choice either a Nercomancer Fortress or Undead city
but if you deside to change races on there it can cause a lot of problems i was going to change some of the guards and removed all armour apart from helm sheild and sword the game crashed so another idea is needed
as for clothes that idea does work but if its going to be a Nerco Fort then it will be ARMED nercomancers if its Undead city then we need to change things as in people and the odd nercomancer + set a AI to go into the graveyard and use a rake aka grave digging
and i got ideas for the building 2
but at the morment lets stick to making it a Nerco city
+ we could also make mages guild mages attick the city now and again at least 1 time everyweek

Very good ideas I have to say your ideas surpass mine. you could have a choice if you want, you like when you reach X stage in the quests you choose for necromancers to gather there and have some roaming skeletons/zombies or undead city with the mages guild thrown in jail, and maybe (it might crash or lagg a lot) but make the mages guild look sacked with the beggars sleeping near it or in it with maybe the odd flaming branch or trams thrown stuff that explodes and burns the mages guild thing, Iv seen the mod on Planet Elder Scrolls that gives you bottles that explode on contact with stuff.

Same here, modding (well learning to mod) is like learning to see in the dark without breaking any bones, very hard and almost impossible

But its's more like doing a obstical course/deathmatch in the dark.....with nothing but your hands as weapons/tools

All we need is the creators of all good Necro mods and a few good modders(to name one off the top of my head:Nicroshi)
