in the past day or two, I've noticed that i get skyrim crashes caused by mod conflict. is there a skyrimmod conflict detector? if so, send me a link so i can deal with it.

Are you sure its a conflict? Which mods cause it? Have you tried disabling one? And are you familiar enough with "conflicts" to know which ones to ignore, and which need your attention?

I may have had conflict with item id's , I recently uninstalled WARZONES: civil unrest. though the game is crashing after it's gone.Are you sure its a conflict? Which mods cause it? You may need to start a new game because of bllod coins or pre existing conflicts eg. Cleared caves, etc...

Yeah, also whiterun especially is focused a modders as a hub for hostile and friendly NPC, as a modder I have around 70 active mods (I would like to run over 150 but to many CTDs and freezes) and i've noticed whiterun also is especially bad, also loading major cities and certain cells ruins the game by either CTD or AppHAngs
