Paying customers keep beta testing it eh bethesta? beta fixes for fixes for fixes lol. Their QA department needs a complete overhaul.

I had the same problem. It rolled back to 1.5.24 for me eventually but I had to reset computer first. Before that game was stuck with 1.5.26, no matter what.

I believe what we have here (aside from Bethesda's signature, one-of-a-kind bugs ) is a fine demonstration of the one downside of PC gaming: every rig and setup is different in a number of ways. So whereas lots of people have no problems or minimal problems, some get CTDs, others get absurd bugs, and other get any number of other problems. But at least Bethesda is trying. My 1.5.24 is unplayable with its weird graphical bugs, so I am going to opt into this beta and see if it fixes it. It can't get any worse really .

where I can download the update 1.5.26 without using steam? for all my reputation going down, know that I ask because my steam download does not start, not having a pirated copy

lol another update ? i think that in the last couple of months they have released more updates than for all their games in the past combined. Not that i'm complaining .. i just hope that they will implement some more of those things from the gamejam

AlexScorpion - From what they have hinted at I believe they may very well add more content from the gamejam in future updates. Perhaps the new kill cams in 1.5 are just the beginning?

One of their podcasts involved conversation saying that they plan on supporting Skyrim more than any other game they have released so far. And Todd Howard stated that the DLC packs are going to be substantial. Perhaps gamejam content will show up in both patches and future dlc?

I just want the fat giant moving through the aspens...that was awesome.

Yes, what alex said..OMG ...how many patches will it take until the game is done. I'm still going to wait for the 'final, we are done, the game will work now, patch. It's been 4 months. I'm sure I'll get a bad rep for this but dam, I want to play the game without all the bugs and glitches. My game is still on the 4th patch. I'll keep it like that until something final comes out. There must be another reason why they are doing this. I'm not too worried about the new stuff that was in the gamejam, I just want a playable game. The only strange things I have seen are dead npcs that look like they are having seizures on the ground, when I kill an enemy their body falls to the ground but their weapon and shield are still floating in the air :. I ordered a GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr 2 gig the other day. Then I'll be able to use the HD textures...woo hoo. But, Bethesda fix the game already... jaysus!!!

Just updated, no problems, no CTDs. 4+ hours of gameplay with 200+ mods.
