Zuurtz turned to them "This is not your fight" he said, snarling, he turned back to Narif "Fight properly!"

Narif pulled back on the string and fire a shot into Zuurtzs thiegh he then loaded a secound arrow.

Scarlet vaulted from the wall, realizing the battle was futile, although she took down a few more elves before hand. She landed gracefully on her feet and glanced at Zuurtz, and nodded to retreat, before she ran off into the distance, with any retreating soldiers.

OOC: They wouldn't bother with orders, orc have no formal orders other than charge, they themselves judge when to run away, no one ever tells them to run, they just do, they aren't disciplined
And Zuurtz is surrounded by people, so running is going to do screw all
