Yes i make make some search on my side too, like you say it's make many, many many and many years this problem exist, it's always the same and it's always the same problem, in more than ten year they have make nothing for this, i have found they have so much problem whit the .ess than some compagny make only this, repairing the .ess file for elders scroll, oblivion and all, i don't know why nothing have been made for correcting the situation?, the compagny know the problem return because even if you clean it the day after it's again the same thing until they crash, but they know this and like any other compagny it's only the money they want, but they don't say this to her customer, like this they are always sure the sheep return to give her money, it's put me out of me to view people like this...,

pfff!, i have trying the program you have giving the link, it's work only for cleaning the mods, i have make other research too, but i have been too far, i finished on site they make how do you say this in english, "copie pirates" piracy copy of the skyrim, i think it's like this it's saying in english, anyway, not dound a solution and i have other thing to do Ha Ha ha

do you have reported this bug to bethesda, you are someone else ?, they need to know (like you have say, it's error of poor programming), i d'ont know how a programmer have let's this passing before the game going out, to have less work i think Ha Ha ha, no ok, i am too severe for her, we are not all perfectionist...

anyway, i hope they will arrange that fast, because it's the big problem of this game now...

Ok, i have found peharp something they will help use (for a time), but before i need to test it, it's a programs i have found, but for now my computer are downloadding skyrim for a fresh install, so i have not a savegame.ess because i have blowing up all this, i will make some test, but it's can take some time (i need to make my computer crashing, or making a corrupted save game, i think i will not have misery to do this), and try to fix it whit this, i all going well i will say you more on this...

EDIT : ok finally nothing working, the programs i have trying are s*** like any other Ha Ha Ha, even if they say they can correct the situation free, when you enter in it, it's big bulshit and they try all to have your money, anyway it's permit me to make other test and for now the only thing they work it's beginning a new game, i am not able to make crashing my computer during the test, but when i have tested mod, i have take ten on a choice of more million in hazzard and begin game, i finish by view the problem whit the dragon in the begginning they always turn aroun Ha Ha Ha, and other bug like visual bug, lightning bug, movement bug, sound bug, ect,,, only whit ten, it's seem they have more moddler they make anything anywhere, so i have decided to never use mod in the futur, and i have giving enought free time to make test, so sorry, nothing working...

I've been having this problem since patch 1.5 came out. As far as I can tell it all stems from the:

I started a fresh new game and here's my log:

CR04 is one of the first companion quests Hired Muscle ( http://www.uesp.net/...im:Hired_Muscle ). I haven't even started the companion quests yet so I have no freaking idea why it's being referenced.

Any help with this would probably solve a lot of problems. I've been trying to find an answer to this CR04 thing for days and tons of people seem to have the same problem but no solution. As far as old save games missing mods that has never crashed me before. It always comes back to the damn CR04 script

I had the exact same problem after reinstalling Skyrim. My issue was caused by modifying the INI file from the guide over at

http://www.geforce.c...ok-even-better/

Re-adding the uGridsToLoad=7 and GridBuffer sections resolved the issue for me. It sounds like if a setting from your save game doesn't match with a setting from the INI file then Skyrim will crash.

If you've followed that guide, modified your INI file or installed mods which have then this might be the first place to start.
