"skyrim has stopped working" windows error PLEASE HELP!

Sorry for bringing back an old thread but it saves me from creating yet another of the same.

 

In the past few weeks I've been experiencing problems when clicking on SKSE to launch Skyrim, it immediately crashes to desktop stating, "skyrim has stopped working". If I click on SKSE to launch Skyrim a second time there's never a problem even during the game. It only happens the very first time you launch SKSE. I haven't installed any new mods since I started playing Skyrim in August, the mods that I start with are the mods I'm currently using. I use BOSS for the load order and have my load order below. Before this I've never crashed any game with my computer!

 

Any help would be appreciated!
