Realistic ragdolls is one mod I wouldn't want to miss for skyrim. (been using it for quite a while now).
I really hated how deer for example often literally made a barrel roll when I hit em with an arrow in the side. It was just so ridiculous.
ps.: Yes, the faster arrows are actually the less realistic option, especially for the type of arrows used in skyrim.
