So many of the top images are enhanced with photoshop (and some 3d)..all brilliant works by top artists..(VictoriaG, Amnis, 83Willow and Kayinv to name a few) kudos to tham all.
The software I use is a means to an end..and that is a fantasy image that I think is relevant to skyrim fans.

Yes. Because the images containing those (ridiculously annoying) anime costumes and the like are generally screencaps of the actual game. This isn't "skyrim" no matter how you slice it. It's "Skyrim inspired". Not saying it's a bad piece of work, it's incredible, but as good as it is, it doesn't change what it is and what it isn't. And what it isn't, is Skyrim. Very little of this is in-game.

This is more suited to DeviantArt, as the people there will appreciate it more, as that's what they're there to see.

All my images are actual in game screenshots, much of the stuff I do is simply move things around in game using the console then I mess with filters or add the odd lenseflare type effect/brush with ps/gimp a bit like doing ENB effects manually.

I think your selective quote from me missed the point I was going for: that this content.. "anime costumes, fairies, angels etc"..along with my image, is within the spirit of skyrim.
It was not my intention to say that "this is skyrim" as such, though it does have some obvious (yet seemingly ignored) references.. it is (I believe) as you said, "skyrim inspired" and I would add, relevant.
You seem to suggest that anything that isn't a "screencap of the actual game" is not suited here. Is there no place in your opinion for skyrim (and mods) inspired fan art to be part of the imageshare?
The great support I`ve had indicates to me that there is.

You missed my point entirely...You know what? Whatever. You're right, I don't think this image has a place on the image share of this site. The image share is a place to share your screencaps from the game, not renders that are only vaguely skyrim inspired. Throw in all the "references" to Skyrim you want, it doesn't change what this is.

It's an amazing work ! Really beautiful !
And I don't think your picture is irrelevant. It's true, it's definitively not a screenshot of skyrim but the pic has a place on the image share of the site like, for exemple, the comics inspired of Skyrim ...

Dezzz – Regardless of what other people are commenting, I think this picture is beautiful and does have its place here. So much so, I’ve stolen it and used as my new desk top back ground! Thanks and keep up the good work ;-)
