Even went to my texture folder and removed the grass folder and landscape. Yet this weird problem WILL NOT go away. I really don't want to uninstall either as it's a pain in the butt to redownload the whole damn game again and reinstall the mods. I did have the Skyrim HD DLC in once, but I removed it (by tugging out the BSAs and esps) and this is a new save. I had this on my previous save too. When I look at it, it looks like grass textures and seeds, but surely the issue would go away if I had my grass folder removed and mods disabled. It only appears at certain angles and certain places, and when I move these 'invisible' texture move with me. Thought it might've had something to do with WATER but even after removing that, the issue was still there.
