I apologize if this was posted already elsewhere, I just need this fixed asap because it's really annoying. Anyone know a fix for this?

Are you using crossfire? I had a similar problem, but I fixed it by creating a custom profile for skyrim in catalyst control profile where crossfire is disabled.

No I don't believe I am using crossfire idk what the heck is going on lol
