Okay i killed the dude with the writ or what not and now it says talk to a guard. I do this but it doesn't do anything, do you have to talk to someone special or just a regular guard? :help:

After talking to a guard, you should be directed to either Fedris Hler or Tenatius Delatian, depending on who you talk to. The prelimenary Royal quests eventually lead to a point where you have to start the Temple quests, but you can start with either. There comes a time, however, when your loyalty to one faction becomes clear. You have to choose who to report an incident to first.

Tenatius Delatian is in the Royal Palace, Throne Room, and Fedris Hler is in the Temple of Almalexia in the Reception Area.
