As i have so many ideas as i see a new mod to improve it or create a new one that complement it, but as i don't have time to create'em so i wanna give the ideas for competent hands.

If you can make a programmed mod, so i would tell you to make a quest where you can unleash the eye's power and the eyes will change after the quest, like vampire eyes. With kind of each eye a power is unlocked and it will work like the current racial powers.All Ocular power can work as "toggle", but the sage mode need work as "use once a day".

Suggestion for the powers:
As my suggestion these ocular powers are toggle based and should level more through Character Leveling Events. Being effect level 1+ at "character level" 1, effect level 2 by by "character level" 10+ and effect level 3 after "character level" 25+, being the only exception the Rinnegan that have 8 levels and should have a shorter gap between'em to level.

1 - Sharingan
Works like a power not as magic and can affect more powerful enemies as you grow in character level.
Effect level 1: Calm Spell;
Effect level 2: Fury Spell, plus previous levels spells;
Effect level 3: Paralyze Spell, plus previous levels spells.

2 - Mangekyo Sharingan
Works like a power not as magic and can affect more powerful enemies as you grow in character level. This eye need "Sharingan eye" level 3 as pre-requisite.
Effect level 1 [Tsukuyomi]: Mass Paralysis Spell;
Effect level 2 [Amaterasu]: Incinerate Spell effect at the target for 20s(visual effect uses the ebony mail burning visual effect), plus previous levels spells;
ps.: In Amaterasu If possivel in a future version, create an instance of fire but black textured, and use it for the burnning visual effect at the target instead of the ebony mail burning effect.
Effect level 3 [Susanoo]: Dragonhide Spell Plus Damage who attacks you (like "Ebony Mail" Combat effect), plus previous levels spells;


3 - Byakugan
Works like a power not as magic.
Effect Level 1 - Detect Life Spell Toggle activation;
Effect Level 2 - Detect Dead Spell Toggle activation, plus previous levels spells;
Effect Level 3 - Passive Ability: Owner has Mana incresed in 150 points, plus previous levels spells.


4 - Rinnegan
Works like a power not as magic and can affect more powerful enemies as you grow in character level. This is the most powereful of the eyes, cuz it have many more levels and so a short gap between'em. Cuz of that i should ask to make the quest for this one harder.
Effect level 01 [Deva Path] - Telekinesis Spell;
Effect level 02 [Asura Path] - Choose on of the Conjured Weapons spells (through a panel that should shows-up when the skill is activated, like when talking with a companion using the "Extensible Folower Framework of the modder Expired"), plus previous levels spells;
Effect level 02 [Human Path] - Soul Trap, plus previous levels spells;
Effect level 03 [Animal Path] - Choose one of the Conjured Creatures spells (Animal, Fire, Ice, Thunder like the Asura path), plus previous levels spells;
Effect level 04 [Preta Path] - Hability Mana Draining as the weapon enchantment (Visual character posture can be like the Drain life spell, but with the mana draining visual effect), plus previous levels spells;
Effect level 05 [Naraka Path] - 2 Effects in one: Drain large ammount of life of a foe (like vampiric spell, but better) and restore life of an allied character, plus previous levels spells;
Effect level 06 [Outer Path] - Resurrection of all nearby ally characters, plus previous levels spells;
Effect Level 07 [Reanimation] - Dead Thrall Spell, plus previous levels spells;
Effect Level 08 [Mass Reanimation] - Stone hability, plus previous levels spells.

5 - Sage Mode
Works like a power not as magic, but it can oly be activated for period of 60s, 1 time/day or 4hs Waiting/Sleeping.
Effect level 01 - Passive Ability: Stamina, Mana, Health, Armor are increased in 100% and add all elemental defenses plus 100.(Verify current stamina, mana and health and multiply by 2, needed calculation at an event of armor improvement in case of switching armor or mage armor spells);
Effect level 02 - Passive Ability: Conjuration and Alteration Spells duration incrise 60s, Illusion affect creatures 100% strongers, and Destruction Spells deal 100% more damage, plus previous levels spells;
Effect level 03 - Restauration of the sage: 1 time/day (Animation: summon a copy of him self that will sit in cross-legs position that will disapear at the end of the sage period and re-start the sage mode for 60s), plus previous levels spells;

p.s.: Anybody who wanna create it give the credits for the texture creator and for me. Consider my working in thinking all these stuff in Skyrim. If needed i'm always ready to give suggestions.

Phenderix already has Naruto jutsus including Ocular powers and I think the mods would conflict and people would choose that mod over this.

Can you make the Byakugan deactivateable?
And Chidori needs to be more powerful.

awesome mod!!! For the most part it seems to work great but some things i would personally love to see is a more in depth sharingan. By that i mean i would love to see it more level based or something where you can start with 1 tomoe and work your way up and it gets stronger as you go (maybe like a skill tree of its own or something). Would also love to see a blindness factor to the mangekyo sharingan until you got the eternal mangekyo sharingan (it does get blurry when used but I was thinking even when not being used at that moment). Something like your sight becoming more blurry for every use or it getting darker (up to a reasonable point of course). To have the eyes change for the powers you use would be a nice little feature also for example the mangekyo sharingan showing in your eyes when you use a mangekyo sharingan power (that way even if you dont have those eyes they will show up when you use it). Either way its a great mod but basically I would just like to feel like I can develop my abilities more as I play.

Ps I would also love to be able to manually deactivate the byagukan

omnomnomgoat : i now what you want like the oblivion mod if i remember but there is aloooooooot of scripts and people working on this mod so you will have to wait a little time im affraid ^^'

for the byakugan its based on a shout the author will make it into a desactivable spell when he have time

and for the chidori i know im aware of it but if we make it a bit more powerfull it became overpowered but we will try to make a balanced chidori

It might be one of the best mod if u add animations in each jutsu for example doing handsigns to make the fireball jutsu ( which u havent yet release :D ) i hope u can make that and if u can PLEASE make it
