Maybe add a Reanimation Jutsu? To where any NPC that exist can have there DNA extracted (with a syringe) and then you can pick which DNA you want to use to make summons. For example: Using the Uchiha Clan mod you can kill Madara and extract his blood from his dead body and later reanimate him to fight for you. (You can could be able to make anything reanimatable that has blood) So things that are in Dwarvern ruins that are machinery would not be reanimatable seeing as it has no DNA.

you could add the summons from orochimaru, jiraya, and tsunade. ie giant snake, toad and slug. maybe also cursed seal transformation
