i had mods on and body mods and the head skin colour was not matching body like all of the face and i removed all mods and went and played and the skin colour was the same not matching and i know with no mods it was matching before any one know why it won't go back to normal

Open the Fallout.ini with notepad and add bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1 to the end of the general section and save it. It can be found in Documents/My Games/FalloutNV.

i did that and it didn't work

The line should already be in both Fallout.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini but set to 0. Change it on those lines.

Is it just characters added with mods or are they all like it?
