I went in the oblivion candy store off and on ,the testinghall. One problem when I got the draconian madstone and used I found out when you tried to give it to the Countess of Bruma after you did the mission; the message says you got the draconian madstone go see the Countess. I went to see the Countess she asked me if I had the Draconian Madstone I replied yes. Of all the nerve she called me a lie and I should go get it.

What is the problem is it because I have two draconian madstones one from the testinghall and one from the ruin.

Probably... The quest may be checking that you only have 1, try putting the other into a container somewhere.

I'm afraid he can't...the Draconian Madstone is a Quest Object, so there are 2 thing you can do (both of them with the Construction Set)

1) Set the Draconian Madstone as "Non-Quest Object" and do what Vagrant0 said
2) Move the Madstone of the Testing Hall somewhere else (it should be enough 2 mm on the same desk). It should 'delete' the one you've in your inventory (you'll find it again in the Testing Hall, exactly where you've moved before), and leave the DM of the PalePass Fortress in the inventory. Then, you could speak to the Countess and end the quest.

There's one third option..but obviously is meaningless to say. Load the game, if you can, before taking the Madstone from the THall.

I know this might sound weird, but I'm drawing a blank on the "coc" command to go into the testinghall. On that subject, how do you leave it to reenter the real game? Never tried to go in because I was unsure as to how to leave it safely. Thanks.

There's a door to Hawkhaven, a testing village. You can do fast travel there. Or, you can use a small mod called 'Lost Worlds', which adds portals at Anvil and several testing worlds.
