You'd have to create a patch that modifies the interiors like Real Lights does.

Has there been any further development on this issue? I think I'm seeing it in more clear weathers now... I removed RST so I know that wasn't part of the issue (I know it had some AN issues of some sort) and I can verify that I am using large textures so I know that's not the issue either. Also, mine is more than just 4 edges but several texture seams that seem to somewhat follow the curvature of the sky dome mesh.

I talked to Arthmoor about it and he said that they were never able to figure out what causes it. Could you grab some screenshots for me? There doesn't seem to be a way to query the current weather from the console, unfortunately.

Seems like it's because of OBGE.
At first everything was normal:

but when I set "bCompileSources=1" in shaders section of OBGE.ini (for liquid water) I got this:

After flushing of shader cache and setting "bCompileSources=0" sky became normal again.

This won't conflict with Natural Environments, right?

As long as you don't install the weather module, then yes.

Weather All Natural Mode Causes Oblivion to crash when loading game to another area ..
When I uninstalled Weather - All Natural Mod... The problem went away.. No Game Loading problems...
For Oblivion I am running Windows Xp SP3... Using Wrye Bash as my Mod Manager... Uses latest version of OBSE 0021...
Mods Loaded.......
Unofficial oblivion Patch
QTP3 Patched
Dynamic Map + Color Map
Any Ideas Let me know... Thanks
