Just gonna' have to sit it out till e3 now. Xbox may get the one month exclusive but we can just look at that as them bug testing it for us. Those kind hearted devils.

Ok, I tried my hands at a few mods over the past few months, and I can assure people that these animation were here long before this "latest patch". As I even noticed these crossbow animations and snow elf animations atleast 2/3 months ago if not longer, by simply going into the creation kit looking going to the actors pick a random one, right-click -> preview and look in the animations list, even with the default skyrim.esm without the updates they are there. Theres even a sneak crossbow animation thats been left out in that list.
