invalid STFS

Im new to modding an I downloaded some mods off nexus an youtube for skyrim but cant get them to work says invalid STFS package. im using a usb an horizon. i got a modded gamesave to work.
so how do you get the mods to work on the xbox 360 or are they just for pc? any help would be great.....

mods are only for pc, I have no idea about STFS errors sorry.
