I care not for whining. Of course the Xbox 360 31 day deal is ridiculous... but whatever. I'll wait patiently and just be happy to play some DLC content on my PC once it's released. After all, my monster of a PC is much more enjoyable to play modded TES games on than plain vanilla console ports. Keep in mind those buggers don't even get to have all our awesome mods.
I just eagerly wait patiently. I suggest everybody do the same, whether they can or not.

Sucks to be a PS3 player right now I guess.
Actually, I just set up my PS3 to my new 56" HD LCD screen in my living room that I got for free because my friend was replacing it with a fish tank(true story). Now I am playing my console version of Skyrim on a screen measured in feet. Nope, doesnt suck at all.
They can name the DLC whatever they want so long as the final product shows that they put more effort into the content than the name. Anything short of a new landmass DLC will probably be disappointing in my book since the modding community puts out Horse Armor level DLC on a daily basis and at a much higher quality at that. In terms of DLC, one of Bethesdas advantages over modders is landmasses. Modders can make them but they take months when you have a nondedicated group of modders doing it on their free time. Todd Howard could point at a region of Tamriel and say Get to it! and the dev team would scurry(personal imagination)^^.
Based on the name, it doesnt sound like we are heading back to Morrowind any time soon :|. That is disappointing but at least PC users, myself included, will get an entire DLC expansion to rip apart and use assets from. Regardless of what story we will get about Snow Elves, we will get new animations, meshes, textures, scripts, and sounds. Those are more immediately useful to modders and are the real reason I will be getting the DLC.^^

I hope it has some new, really varied environments. I want something different than Skyrim's environments! I would love to see lush, dense forests (no pine forests!)
I also hope that the new landscape-mass is big and has many things to do in it.
I don't care if xbox-users get to play the DLC first. That only means that they have to face the first bugs hihihi (that hopefully Bethesda fixes until a later release), and I get many good reviews to make my buying decision on

I don't understand the reasoning behind making the DLC exclusive to 360 for a month - really, what's the point?

I kinda doubt it will have any big new zones like cyrodil... I'd really love that but I dont think they will add it. What I do think they will add is other smaller things maybe new questline, seasons, and maybe even dragon mounts.

@mister8 basically... it's MS's way of saying ... Neener neener we got it first cause we're rich.. then they blow raspberries at you.

@mistes8: Bethesda gets money from Microsoft to do it. Microsoft gives the money because it's one more "plus" on the xbox 360-side that they hope will lead to more people buying their xbox 360 console or the DLC on xbox 360 if they already have an xbox 360 and a PS3 or computer.
This is just business, and I see no reason to rant about it. I bet if many of the ranting people would be a big company that is in tough competition they would do the same.

@ Natterforme:
Using the argument of using consoles to play on big HD LCD TVs are kinda weak though. I personally use a 42'' HD LCD TV as a monitor for my PC for general use and could easily go bigger. And to be honest, Skyrim still looks better on a big HD TVs with a powerful PC behind it than any console.
There are other arguments of course, but none good enough for me to play my TES games on console. (that said I do own consoles - I just don't play TES games on them).

Hey, if I go buy an X-Box , I can get the DLC a month earlier when it's still unplayably buggy!!!
@Lingwei
" Dawnguard will be only sold for Xbox 360 for the first month or whatever. "
That sentence made my day
