LE Multi-colored hair.

Heyo. I've been looking around and have been unable to find any mods that'd allow my character to have multi-colored hair. Is it possible to make such a mod? If not, would it be possible to have a character model created for that?

If it'd be possible to have this hair, with streaks of red and black.

I've tried googling around, checking the hair & face mods again and again and I haven't found anything that'd help me with this. :/
