Try hitting them with Vampire Arrogance spell until their inventory opens up. That should break them out of that routine. It's a common occurrence when in the process of turning them into cows. You should only have to fix each npc once or twice then they'll be fine.

Thank you for the information, that seems to do the trick. Just a few moments ago I stumbled across another issue where Falanu Hlaalu in Skingrad gives me an "I have no greeting" message whenever I turn her into cattle. I used the eat and sleep spells on her, and then used vampire arrogance spell on her when she started giving me the "I have no greeting" response. After using Vampires Arrogance I talked to her again and she told me that she didn't feel good. There was a response regarding me being able to cure her, and afterwards she decided to go back to sleep. That's kind of where I'm stuck at the moment.

Also, I've had Ejya cattlized for some time now and I've been feeding from her with the two social options quite a bit, but her status remained at cow and only after I closed Oblivion and restarted it did her status change from "cow" to "my cow". I'm using the same mods that I mentioned earlier.

I just closed Oblivion to create this post and when I went back into the game, Falanu Hlaalu's status as cow was no longer there and the cattle Irons I had given her were gone.

The No Greeting I've had crop up recently on cows (since the last update). The only common mod I have with yours is Training Cattle + the Invisible Bed addon. I have found that I can fix by using the Vampirism Menu in LTD's Vampire Overhaul(which I use) and changing the option for appearance twice. Maybe one of your vampire mods has an in-game menu or appearance altering item/spell. Try messing around without saving until you find a right option.

Edit: About her saying she is not feeling well, Either you or one of your turned vampires passed on the disease to her. You have three options: Cure with potion, cure with spell, or let the disease go and turn her. Also keep an eye on the beggars in cities, because there are vampires that like to feed on them and sometimes they die from it.

The suffix after the name changing from Cow to My cow to Lovely cow usually requires a restart. No big deal really because after you start turning a few you can tell what rank they are at.

Interesting, thank you once again MrDarkSim!

I'm reverting to an older data folder right now that I backed up. I noticed that with Unholy Darkness and Training Cattle, the face transition for my UD vampire no longer had the right appearance. The vampire used to have a grin with its fangs showing which would get wider as it got hungrier. Apparently the old vampire face was reintroduced and the face looked more peeved than sadistic/sinister, and it seemed to be missing the fangs in the 3rd person view. Not sure what exactly caused it, but I cant recall running into this before installing Training Cattle.

For Unholy Darkness, after following the information you provided MrDarkSim, and then proceeding to place the mod last in the OBMM load order, I was able to rule out some of the remaining issues. BOSS was sorting these mods in a different order.

Seems like cattle only respond in the long term to players that are infected with a variation of the vanilla disease. In Terran Vampires, my character was something else and since I wound up drinking a vampire cure potion to rid myself of the face morphing from the vanilla Vampirism, I could no longer get a response from the cattle. I was able to reproduce this in Unholy Darkness by masking my vampiric nature.

I suppose that's what Pihwht was referring to when it was mentioned to be infected with the vampire disease before going the Terrain Vampire route.

Any who, this is an incredible experience and many thanks for making the mod Pihwht! Hope this info is useful for others out there with similar issues or questions.

I love this mod!
But a problem arose after a few cows. When I put cattle irons on NPC's, they instantly fall in love with me, but are still called "Cow" instead of "My Cow". Also, they won't follow me, just stay in the same place. I can tell them to go find a bed or stay in the place and relax, but then they just find a random obstacle to run repeatedly into.

Help?

My character dies every time i try to turn someone into a vampire with the halter. Or the character i'm trying to turn dies if their max health is low. I also take damage from the va spell and blunt va weapon?

Fantastic mod, it's great how everything is dynamic in how different npcs react to the cowing process.
I tried spreading vampirism recently because it seems to create slightly more active vampires but it appears their is a conflict where a newborn vampire believes itself to be a cow (if they were a cow to begin with) and proceeds to feed on itself when told to have a drink :D. Any future plans for possessive vampires or has the mod been completed? It would be nice to be able to tell other vampires to bugger off when they try to feed on my cow, and it would be cool if they could take ownership as well over cows they train or are gifted.

Has anyone figured out how to turn susan friendly into a lovely cow?
Once she gets the full cattle irons she reverts to her original non cow dialog even though she is a cow and no amount of feedings can turn her into a lovely.

A bunch of cows are dropping like stones when i reenter my house after loading a save.
No sign of despair and it happens even if i only exit the cell for a few seconds.

How can I can increase the delay between this variable popping in the debug?

GameSetting sMiscPeopleFedOn>>'Necks Bitten:'

I notice muggervamp checks for this variable every 5 seconds or so. I run very script heavy modwise game. I believe increasing the delay for checking 'Necks Bitten' will further add to stability of my mods setup and bring in some additional FPSs in crowded areas.
