Okay, he's from Morrowind, but I always loved Sotha Sil, I was so frustrated we never actually get to talk to him. He's mysterious, creates strange machines. I even created a God inspired by him in the tabletop universe I made up.

I also like Talos. Frankly, because he ascended to become part of the Gods. The fact that he has the powers, but not the blood, of the Aedra... He's just really cool. I want a picture of him...Talos/Tiber Septim of the Nine Divines, because of his strength and his conquests of Tamriel.
